Returns

  • Returns of fish and other aquatic pets are not allowed.
  • No returns are entertained for fish foods and accessories.

Livestock Guarantee

  • If livestock arrives sick or dead, please contact us on the day of delivery.
  • Claims are void if the customer misses the first delivery attempt.
  • Dry goods have a full guarantee.
  • Shrimp, snails, plants, and crabs are 100% guaranteed healthy and alive.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

  • To claim a refund, provide clear photos or videos of the dead fish within 6 hours of delivery.
  • We will issue a coupon code for 100% of the dead fish’s cost.
  • Refunds will be initiated within 72-96 hours.
  • No refunds will be entertained if the fish was not dead in the bag.

Cancellation Policy

  • We currently do not accept cancellation requests.
  • In emergency cases, we may cancel orders with a cancellation fee.
  • The cancellation fee is 25% of the order cost, including transport.

Exceptions

  • Certain items, such as custom products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, cannot be returned.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.

Disputes

  • All disputes are subject to Nashik jurisdiction only.

Delay in Dispatch

  • If there is a delay in dispatch beyond our control, a refund charge of 36% may apply.

Damages and Issues

  • Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
